At Madfox Leathercraft, we take pride in delivering premium, authentic leather products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable.
Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Damages reported after this period may not be eligible for free returns.
Exceptions
Minor variations in leather color, thread color, buckle style, or slight uneven cuts are natural in handcrafted leather products and do not qualify for free returns.
DIY products like leather butterfly chairs require basic assembly knowledge; damages caused during assembly are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Returns are managed via our third-party shipping partners in India.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong/damaged product, return shipping is free.
For other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
To exchange, please contact us via email or WhatsApp before returning the item.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, email us at madfoxleathercraft@gmail.com or contact via WhatsApp/Call: 8100119930 with your order number.
Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
